杜鹃花品种耐热性评价及其生理机制研究

摘 要:

以15个杜鹃花品种为试验材料, 在人工模拟高温胁迫条件下测定11项生理指标。结果发现: 高温胁迫条件下, 大部分品种的叶绿素a、b含量、总叶绿素含量和类胡萝卜素含量下降, 相对电导率增加, 而MDA含量、H2O2含量、可溶性蛋白含量、Pro含量、SOD和POD活性的变化因品种而异。通过主成分及相关性分析发现: 叶绿素、MDA、可溶性蛋白、Pro和H2O2含量与杜鹃花耐热性联系紧密, 可作为鉴定不同品种杜鹃花耐热性的依据。经过隶属函数分析综合评价, 15个杜鹃花品种耐热性顺序为: ‘松江大桃红’>‘粉珍珠’>‘爱丁堡’>‘套瓣朱砂’>‘绿色光辉’>‘大和之春’>‘状元红’>‘外国红’>‘蓝茵’>‘国旗红’>‘琉球红’>‘玉玲珑’>‘笔止’>‘红珊瑚’>‘宁波红’。

Abstract:

To analyze the heat tolerance in 15 Rhododendron cultivars, under artificial simulation of heat stress, 11 physiological indexes were measured. The results showed that chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll and carotenoid contents decreased and relative electrolytic leakage increased in most cultivars. However, the changes of MDA, H2O2, total soluble protein and proline contents, the SOD and POD activites were different from cultivar to cultivar. Correlation and principal component analysis showed that the contents of chlorophyll, MDA, soluble protein, Pro and H2O2 were closely related to the heat resistance of Rhododendron, which could be used as identification indexes in heat resistance. Using subordinate function method to comprehensively evaluate the heat tolerance in 15 Rhododendron cultivars, which was ‘Song Jiang Da Tao Hong’ >‘Fen Zhen Zhu’ > ‘Ai Ding Bao’ > ‘Tao Ban Zhu Sha’ > ‘Lv Se Guang Hui’ >R. ‘Da He Zhi Chun’ > ‘Zhuang Yuan Hong’ > ‘Wai Guo Hong’ > ‘Lan Yin’ > ‘Guo Qi Hong’ >‘Liu Qiu Hong’ > ‘Yu Ling Long’ >. ‘Bi Zhi’ > ‘Hong Shan Hu’ >‘Ning Bo Hong’.
